HAPPY 4th OF JULY
The 4th of July Party at Stephanie's house was AWESOME!!!
Stephanie was Janina's and Jason's Speech Teacher at the Gainesville Highschool. She switched summer 2005 to another school :-(((( !
Manu made a "Flag-Cake" (Lemon-Lime-Cake in USA Design, soon you can find the recipe on Manu's BLOG), we had Hot-Dogs and got a ride to Lake Ray-Roberts on a Sport-ATV with Stephanie and her husband and us four in a little Trailer. It was FUN FUN FUN.
The firework was awesome, too. I have never seen a box that big with fireworks!!!
It was the second time we were celebrating the biggest Holiday in the USA with Stephanie and her family and friends. See ya'll next year, guys... we had a lot of fun !!!

Hallo Manu!
Ich hoffe, Du schaffst es bald das Rezept von den leckeren USA-Kuchen einzustellen. Wenn der dann hier bei mir auf den Tisch kommt, dann werde ich endgueltig fuer verrueckt erklaert. Ich ernte jetzt schon immer nur kopfschueteln wegen meiner USA-Verruecktheit.
Lasst es Euch weiter gut gehen. Im Gedanken und Herzen bin ich auch in den USA.

Hallo aus Deutschland!
Hab euch in Fernsehen gesehen. und dachte ich würde euch schreiben. Ich bin eigentlich Texaner, lebe seit 23 jahre in D. Ich überlege wieder enzuwandern, aber habe viele Sorgen und Fragen die noch offen sind. Meine Eltern wohnen in Odessa und meine Schwester in der nähe von Dallas. Wenn ihr lust hättet, könnten wir uns schreiben.

We saw you on TV here in Germany. We send you all the best wishes for a good future in America. You made the right choice. I am an American who came to live in Germany. Germany is not the same anymore and it makes me sad. My husband said you are living his dream to Auswander.
Good luck to all of you. Janina good luck on your Prüfung come June, and Jason well he is a sweetheart and will do just fine.
I wish we could move back to America. One day.
All the best again, maybe one day we'll come to Texas to your bed and breakfast that Konny doesn't want.LOL
